I have had Crackle hooked up thru my Sony Blue ray player for a few weeks now. At first I thought this was gonna be a great thing, since I cut the cable and all satelite tv over 3 yeras ago.. The first couple of movies was nice but now every movie we try to watch it has trouble loading and it also just skips chapters randomly.. so you will be all into a movie that chapter ends goes to the advertisement and then it will just skip the next chapter and so you are lost as to where the movie went… and then it will only let you reverse to the last advertisment so only way to get back is stop the movie and start skipping ahead til you find the chapter you was watching. I would not at this time recomemend this kind of tv veiwing to any of my friends until I could see a major improvment to the system…
obviously like your website but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts
Thanks!
There seems to be a problem with Crackle an the latest Adobe Flash update, before today I could view movies just fine, now the things won’t even load up…
Using a Windows 7 x64 OS
Latest flash player update available
using both Google Chrome and Firefox latest versions
Oh an I know this is prolly the wrong place to stick in support tech stuff, sorry, just thought it should be mentioned, if this needs to be moved please do so, thanks in advance
First off, let me start by saying I love Crackle. The movie selection is far better than Hulu, although Crackle is less known. But I do have a request: Please include more content on the Sony BD players online options. I really would love having the selection I have here on my Bravia system. Obviously it’s easy to just hook my laptop to the tv via hdmi cable, but I bought my BD player so I wouldn’t have to. It’s so convenient and the quality is far superior. I think it’s weird that the copyright of film and tv is different between a pc and BD player, isn’t it the same thing technically? Anyway, keep up the great work! We’ll be watching on way or another:)
Hey crackle people i noticed that EVERY stream is studdering on a regular intervall and i think it coincides with the refresh of the “crackle collection” picture.
I recommend getting rid of that.
My movies only last about 2 minutes then stops! can you please help?
And Cindy, the same please. Customersupport@crackle.com Thanks!
Hi Manz. Please email me at customersupport@crackle.com and we’ll troubleshoot. I think I know what you’re talking about but I’m unable to replicate the problem.

Thanks, Chad. Did that. You guys dont have any contact info on the Crackle website. You really should. Most sites include a “Contact Us” link. It really helps. : ) Thanks again!
That is strange, sorry you were having issues. In order for us to troubleshoot your problem, please shoot an email to customersupport@crackle.com, we will get you fixed right up….thanks!
I was watching the 3 stooges last evening – what a hoot!! Thanks, crackle. Unfortunately about halfway through it, a Crackle Splash Screen appeared and then the feature restarted. Tried it a couple of times – same thing. How annoying… What’s up with that?
I tend to agree with Sparta. Crackle is now for American film lovers and is is very different from it’s beginings and roots and dreams. I do not think it has a chance to survive Sony etc are not making enough these days to throw money done the drain on this site which is of no interest or use to the rest of the World. If they alowed small film makers like me to use the site to promote our activities to our clients and perhaps build on that market even perhaps charging us a small amount then it would be interesting, but just to watch American 2nd class films and shows even if you can down load them seems a waste of effort and money.

Hi. I was wondering if you have recently had a fuller server than usual or something because the vidoe streming from this site has been terrible lately. Very choppy. I have cleaned out everything unnessicary from my computer and my computer’s preformance is suppurb, yet no luck. I really do like watching movies on crackle.com and hope to comtinue doing so. If only I could find out what the problem was. . .
Hi Cracklists.
This site is really annoying. You permanently send me invitations to watch the latest films or TV shows, but what we get here in Europe is virtually nothing except “server errors”. Believe me, I tried 50 times, with 50 different movies/shows and I got NOTHING.
You definitely haven’t got “a global online audience”.
Mike.
It runs the GAMETE of Sony’s library?

Chad Kaszer, if you did your job any more poorly, I think I would have to vomit.
Hi Guys,
I am very sad, Crackle to me was the best site on which to upload my videos. Let me explain, I am http://www.perilous-landings.com we are a semipro group who make videos in the most, for low budget organizations and work a lot with young people. Crackle was an ideal platform for us to use to show clips and short films some up to 20 or 25 minutes to our customers and friends without the ‘porn’ and ‘childish’ rubbish which is so common on most upload sites.
Perilous Landings vzw (Belgium) is a non profit making organization. I hope you will re consider your new rules or tell me what I have to do to stay with you.
I am sure it would not be completely impossible for you to distinguish between the complete rubbish uploaded to your site and that which is honest in it’s attempt but perhaps not as professional as the ‘big boys’.
I hope you have time to read this message and consider its content, may I thank for your past service which has always been courteous and prompt.
Yours, a very unhappy bunny.
Tony Grant
I love watching Crackle on my TV! PCTVCables.com
Hello Crackle!
I am looking for a direct number to someone in programming or a higher level of Tech Support than is commonly available. Our video channel is hosting Red Carpet interviews from the recent SXSW and AFI fests, and would like to A. be able to classify our material under something other then “Penn Says” and B. find a way to remove the ads that have been recently placed in our video (Mucinex, Woolite) unless of course this means there is a check being mailed to us in due order…

Are there any privacy controls on Crackle- you know so you can block people if they harass you?
Hi Crackle,
I run a music video site, we syndicate selections to Crackle and you kindly featured one – Florian, Coco Rosie – 48,000+ views, thank you very much.
We’d very much like to have an official or featured channel on Crackle. We upload 2-4 rights cleared music videos every week, chosen from the 1,000 music videos coming into our site. Could you let me know who I might contact about this?
Many thanks
Caroline Bottomley
hi,
uploaded a video and it said ooops – upload failed (after 3 hours!). Would be great if there were explanations like “Technical Reason” Content Reason, etc. If I get a thumbnail that says OOPs Upload Failed – does that mean because it failed to go up or that it was rejected fro some reason.
please let us know if a better system is in the works.
Thanks
Guys. .
My main interest is Penn Gillette’s ongoing commentary. That’s what brought me here. At first, Crackle was easy to navigate and watching his videos was a breeze. With time, it’s become almost impossible to find him, discerning and navigating between new and old entries is confusing and once found, all the videos are now slow and out of sync. In short. . I find it impossible to visit and enjoy what I’m looking for.

Yo guys, just saw a Flash ad on Myspace with an advertisement of yours that had a spelling error. Classic! Did you plan that?
j/k Do you need someone to do QA – I might be up for the challenge.
Hi Crackle,
I’m just uploading the first episode of a new downbeat comedy geeky webseries – called Mr Vista – with my award winning and BAFTA nominated team. Good stuff!
How do I go about making it an official ’show’? I have 9 episodes ready to go and am in development on a new batch.
Thanks – mrvista@projectorfilms.com
Is there any way to reach Mrs. Hughs or her agent to discuss terms for having her perform live for a group? Our association (retirement community) regularly hires performers for private shows and would love to get in touch with her. Your website provides no information about how to engage any of your contestants.
Thanks
Hi there….
I was just ROLLING ON THE FLOOR….almost literally, from your Mrs Hughes Video. I am opening a website for women just like her…and myself, and I’d like to contact her. Is there a way for you to let her know, and for her to get my E mail address from you, or vice versa. I think she and I can Rock the world of us CRONES!
Thanks, and btw, I just discoved your site today, and it’s terrific!

thanks for the catch Fett, we will be sure to make the correction. making someone ill is a serious skill…i’ll try to use my new found power more responsibly.
Hey Mike, our apologies for the inconvenience. I would be happy to remove you from the newsletter list so you do not receive any updates. Please follow this link and you will be removed: http://crackle.com/emaillist/unsubscribe.aspx
Thanks, and sorry again for the issues. All our content is now geo-filtered, and I understand that many outside the US will receive “server errors” when the content does not come up. We are working on a solution to the problem currently; I appreciate your persistence in trying to view our content.
Hopefully we can be up and running in Europe soon
Hey Xalleah, thanks for the feedback. We have had some server issues, but they seemed to have been resolved. Please try the videos you were having issues with again to see if you are still encountering problems.
If you are, please follow this link and log your issue. Make sure to choose the appropriate product so I can help you troubleshoot: http://getsatisfaction.com/crackle/products
Thanks!
When will the full access of crackle’s content be available in Canada and around the world because whole filtering of this site is completely absurd in my opinion. I’ve only got access to season 1 of The Jace Hall Show and not season 2…
I hope you haven’t forgotten about letting those who don’t live in the United States of America watch all of crackle’s videos and access the site at its fullest. You see, if you only have a national-based market and access, money won’t flow as fast as if you had an International-based market.
I know you won’t respond because you’re too busy caring about your own market and blocking everyone else from generating a profitable internet-based revenue because even though I have zero experience in business and marketing, we all know that you’ll lose money hand over fist and will force to shutdown and file bankruptcy. Just remember, Chad, that most businessmen would prefer their market to go International rather than just national. Leave the Internet a message when you guys go down, alright?
