Jonathan is a proven product innovator, having built category-defining products in the consumer entertainment space for 15 years. Previously, he was EVP, Products for Jumpstart, which launched Tagged.com and incubated Hi5.com. Prior successes include Evite.com, When.com and PF Magic, which were acquired by IAC, AOL, and Mattel, respectively.

Nate Underwood
VP, Engineering & Operations
Nate brings over 10 years of large-scale Internet operations, software, security, and executive experience to Crackle. In a past life Nate worked for Liquid Audio and global MSP/ISV ConXion Corporation, and most recently founded and ran security consulting and software firm Cryptine Networks and data forensics firm Fensic LLC.

Mike Sitrin
VP, Partnerships
In November 1998, Mike joined Spinner.com and was there in May of 1999 when AOL acquired the firm. At AOL, Mike worked as Director of Marketing and Commerce for AOL Entertainment and Winamp until January 2004. Mike can be found weekends’ white-knuckle sailing in the S.F. Bay.

Mary Ray

For over a decade, Mary has built effective marketing teams and infrastructure to engage the best audiences for consumer brands leading to success for companies. Prior, she was head of partnership marketing at Sonopia, head of marketing at both Surfline and at TotalVid. Her career includes stints at GE, Landmark Communications and ThirdAge Media. She has an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and sits on the board of BATS Improv.

Scott Kritz
Director of Programming
Dedicated to pioneering and advancing brands within the digital space, Scott possesses a tireless amount of energy, dedication and enthusiasm. Prior to joining Crackle, Scott was the U.S. Editor-in-Chief and acting Publisher of global men’s entertainment brand, FHM. Scott graduated with honors from Fordham University, where he studied journalism, graphic design and computer science.
