Leaving his incredible bachelor's dream world -- with its unique multi-purpose round bed, private swimming pool, and very private secretary Lovey Kravezit (Beverly Adams) -- former ICE counter-espionage agent Matt Helm (Dean Martin) answers the call of his former chief, MacConald (James Gregory). Armed with a fresh drink and an ominous assortment of super-weapons, Helm is sent to tangle with lovelies such as Susie (Ann-Margret), a hip-swinging Riviera discotheque-goer; Coco Duquette (Camilla Sparv), a sexy statuesque blonde; and the Slaygirls, twelve women with very little to hide. Coming up against Julian Wall (Karl Maiden), who has kidnapped an internationally renowned scientist, Helm becomes involved in a secret mission that includes blowing up an unknown place for a top-secret reason. But all secrets are revealed when Helm, in his efforts to rescue the scientist, finally corners Wall and his mob in a showdown that gives Matt a chance to prove his new super-weapons are an effective equalizer for the outnumbered agent. In the process of finding the missing man, Helm has more than enough ladies to love as he jets from challenge to challenge in America, England, and France.
